Event in a Box

Light a Little Star Event in a Box is an exciting new way to join the March of Dimes. This new concept allows anyone anywhere to support the March of Dimes by conducting a Light a Little Star event in their community. It is aimed at those communities and volunteers that are far away from other March of Dimes events or who are just interested in hosting an event of their own.

If you are interested in Event in a Box, please send an e-mail to Tony Choppa at achoppa@marchofdimes.com with your name, address, e-mail address, phone number and a short paragraph about why you are interested in conducting a Light a Little Star event.

We will contact you directly and discuss your idea with you. We will then send you an Event in a Box kit, which includes an implementation guide, video and all materials necessary to host the event. We will stay in touch with you to offer support and guidance as you plan, invite participants, raise money and conduct your Light a Little Star event.
